From February, our head chef will open the doors to his kitchen to share his top culinary tips at his weekly master classes. Suitable for both enthusiastic beginners as well as more confident home cooks looking to improve their skills, the classes are a unique opportunity to pick the brains of a master chef and discover the secrets to Trishna’s acclaimed modern seafood cuisine.
The informal yet informative sessions open with a welcome drink and a tour of the restaurant, before students make for the kitchen where our chef and his team will demonstrate two to three dishes from the Trishna menu. Guests will also be shown how prepare and cook live Dorset brown crabs in the style of the South Western coast of India. Guests will be provided with all recipes and will get to sample all the dishes cooked on the day.
