Founder of Trishna London trained at the Maurya Sheraton school of Hotel Management in New Delhi. He has since worked in the kitchens of Bukhara restaurant in New Delhi, Trishna in Mumbai and Zuma Restaurant in Knightsbridge. Prior to launching Trishna he launched private catering company JoKaSu in collaboration with Ravi Deulkar.

Head chef Ravi Deulkar previously head chef of Michelin starred Rasoi Vineet Bhatia in Chelsea has travelled the Indian coast extensively over the past year gathering local recipes and inspiration from fishing villages for the London restaurant. His team at the new London restaurant combines chefs from Trishna Mumbai and some of London’s most revered Indian cooking talents. His creativity and knowledge of age-old traditions will ensure that a balance between modernity and authenticity is achieved. The opening of Trishna London has given this talented young chef a perfect platform on which to showcase his art.

Leo Kiem

Trishna’s general manager has an impressive CV which has been developed at two of London’s premier restaurant groups - Gordon Ramsay Holdings and The Club Gascon Group. Since early 2007 Leopold has been restaurant manager at Le Cercle restaurant in Sloane Square. His ideas and knowledge constantly push boundaries and will ensure the restaurant’s offering is always evolving. Leo's knowledge of beverages is showcased in the meticulously compiled drinks offering at Trishna. His thoroughness and attention to detail are echoed in the professional yet friendly and relaxed nature of the service. Leo complements the team at Trishna perfectly as he is young, highly driven, ambitious and works to the highest standards.
