In this series we will explore creative pairings with our menu, showcasing wines not usually found on Trishna’s list. Ranging from the classics to the curious, this series will demonstrate a fresh approach to wine pairing by championing lesser-known regions and grape varietals, de-mystifying unusual winemaking styles, while proving that the classics still deserve our attention. By considering a wine’s texture, terroir and historic significance – not just it’s flavour profile – we hope to creatively subvert ideas of what a wine pairing should be.
Led by Head of Wine, Seamus Sharkey, and taking place in the Private Dining Room overlooking our wine cellar, the series will feature:

13th AUGUST- SKIN CONTACT WINES
8th SEPTEMBER- ISLAND / VOLCANIC WINES
Each event includes a custom five-course menu alongside paired wines.
