On 14th February, you are invited to come, eat, drink, and enjoy the day with a limited-edition menu, in addition to a carefully selected sommelier wine pairing, the perfect complement to your Valentine’s Day feast.
To mark the occasion, Executive Chef Sajeev Nair has exquisitely curated a menu celebrating the best of India’s southern coastal flavours to create a night to remember.
The Valentine’s Day menu will include an array of show-stopping plates, combining Trishna signatures with seasonal additions such as Butter Pepper Stone Bass, Beef Short Rib Coconut Fry, and a sweet finale of Saffron & Pear Cheesecake.
The optional sommelier-chosen pairing includes a selection of Wine Regions from Bairrada in Portugal, to Piedmonte in North-western Italy.
Kindly note that payment of your menu, beverages as well as a discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be taken at the restaurant, and that we will be serving the Valentine’s tasting menu alongside our a la carte menu on the day.
