We’ll be celebrating this 14th February with a bespoke Taste of Trishna Menu, a five course coastal feast for £115 per person.
Start the night with specially curated cocktail Diwana Royale (hibiscus cold brew tea infusion, Philippe Gonet champagne, Campari, Calvados, topped with a hibiscus flower), before enjoying the likes of Malabar Beef Cutlets and Half Lobster Cafreal, alongside Trishna classics of Dorset Brown Crab and Makrut Lime Salmon Tikka.
A fragrant Rhubarb and Rose Cheesecake rounds out the evening. where saffron pearls sit atop a nest of delicate kataifi pastry.
Each course can be paired with a selection of bespoke wines from our cellar, chosen by our sommelier team.
For those celebrating in a group, our Private Dining Room is also available to book for the evening.
