Join us for a three or four course menu, exclusive for lunches and early evenings at Trishna and featuring guest favourites from Aloo Chaat to Hariyali Bream.
We’re bringing a taste of Indian summer and the ‘King of fruits’ to Trishna from June through to September with our Mango Festival!
Throughout India, the mango is a symbol of prosperity and happiness. Every year a nation of a billion people eagerly awaits its seasonal arrival, where it dominates the markets in various forms – from the West Coast Alphonso, to Millika and Malgova mangoes from the Southern states, and Northern varieties like Dussheri and Kesar.
At Trishna, mangoes have always been an integral part of the menu, with an array of dishes that feature the fruit such as our Coconut & Corn Tikki with mint & mango murabba, or in our Paneer Tikka Anardana with raw mango. We use it fresh in its prime in summer, ferment it and pickle it to use through the year, and, of course, it’s a favourite ingredient over on the Trishna bar.
To celebrate the mango, we’ve transformed the terrace into a cascade of glorious greenery, beautiful mango trees, and organic textures.
For those who really want to immerse themselves in the celebrations, Executive Chef Sajeev Nair has designed a 4-course Mango Menu where every dish incorporates seasonal mangoes such as our refreshing Seafood & Mango Salad, fragrant Meen Manga Curry with Hake Fillet, creamy Mango & Pistachio Kheer, and more! Our Mango Menu will be available all-day Monday & Tuesday, and for Lunch & Early Evening for the rest of the week. All Mango dishes will be included in our A La Carte menu.
The bar team created some limited-edition pours to compliment such as our refreshing Ketel One Vodka & Tonic infused with alphonso mangoes, Johnnie Walker Black Label Whiskey & Soda with fermented alphonso & mango leaf, and of course have our much-loved Mango Lassi.
