Today, we raise a toast to an incredible milestone: Executive Chef Sajeev Nair’s 13 years at Trishna.
Sajeev joined the team as Sous Chef in 2012, becoming an integral part of the kitchen under the guidance of Karam, JKS’ Co-Founder and Creative Director. Less than a year later, he was promoted to Head Chef, stepping into the role of Executive Chef in 2017 — a position he has held ever since with incredible dedication and skill.
Thank you to Sajeev’s incredible contributions throughout his time at Trishna – we’re excited for what’s to come.
