At Trishna, we’re committed to understanding, evaluating, and improving our impact beyond the restaurant. We focus on key areas of sustainability, working closely with the Sustainable Restaurant Association to guide our efforts. In 2025, our progress was recognised with One Star in the Food Made Good Standard: a milestone on our ongoing journey to improve and refine.
We’re conscious of our impact through sourcing, and strive to procure ingredients responsibly. This summer, we partnered with Diaspora Spice Co., who source regeneratively grown spices from family farms across India and Sri Lanka — an opportunity for our team to deepen our understanding of responsible supply chains.
Our team is passionate about extending our hospitality beyond the walls of the restaurant, supporting both local and global projects. This year, we partnered with the British Asian Trust, fundraising for their Child Protection Fund and helping to drive positive change across India. We also maintain long-standing relationships with charities such as the British Heart Foundation, StreetSmart, and The Felix Project.
Many of our team members have spent time volunteering with The Felix Project, rescuing surplus food from across the industry and delivering it to communities throughout London.
