This week we were proud to welcome Diaspora Spice Co.’s bold, single-origin spices to Trishna for two special dinners, hosted in collaboration with Founder Sana Javeri Kadri.
The menu, in line with our summer campaign, was inspired by the Western Ghats, with each dish built around a signature spice from Diaspora Spice Co.’s carefully-sourced collection. From Guntur Sannam Chilli to their complex Garam Masala, the menu paid homage to the regions and people behind each ingredient.
Throughout the evenings, Sana shared moving stories from their partner farms across India and Sri Lanka — bringing to life the brand’s mission to decolonise the spice trade and champion a more equitable, sustainable future.
