This summer, we invite you to explore the vibrant, spice-rich landscapes of India’s Western Ghats. Running from Gujarat to Kerala, through all of India’s western coastal states, the Ghats are older than the Himalayas, and more biodiverse than any other place in India (indeed, one of the most biodiverse places on the planet).

From new cocktails to a Lunch and Early Evening menu inspired by the ingredients, flavours, and cultural heritage of the Ghats, join us from 1st May to 31st August.
