We’re toasting to the arrival of the New Year in the best way we know how – with a celebratory feast inspired by the traditions and flavours of India’s south west coastal cuisine, paired with the finest wines, cocktails and of course, Champagne!
Executive Chef Sajeev and his team have created a 6-course feast menu to ring in the New Year. Guests will be able to tuck into Trishna classics from Haryali Bream and Tandoori Lamb Chops, alongside celebratory specials of Scottish Blue Lobster Cafreal – available for one night only – plus wine pairings specially selected to complement the flavours of each dish.
Reservations will be taken as normal throughout the evening, so whether you’re joining us for dinner before going out to party, or you plan to spend the night with us, we’ll have a space for you!
