Our new menu celebrates the best of the season’s produce in Southwestern Indian coastal dishes by Executive Chef Sajeev Nair. Highlights include Lobster Cafreal with choris pulao and kokum chutney, and Asparagus & Five Bean Thoran, fragrant with curry leaves and coconut.
We’d highly advise ensuring enough room for dessert, with the Valrhona Manjari Chocolate Chikki being a particular highlight.
For the brief but glorious mango season, cool off on the terrace with an Alphonso Mango Lassi. Our new cocktail menu favourites include Lychee Gimlet and White Ruby Punch, while our sommeliers will be on hand to offer bespoke wine pairings.
