In collaboration with award-winning British distillery Tanqueray Gin, and the world’s first non-alcoholic distillery, Seedlip we are launching our annual Summer Terrace which will run throughout the summer months from Monday 11th June until Sunday 9th September. Join us throughout the summer to dine alfresco and sip on a selection of eclectic cocktails combining quintessential British ingredients and fragrant Indian botanicals.
Summer gin highlights from the menu will include:
The Falooda Spritz, inspired by the Indian dessert, is a refreshing mix of Tanqueray 10, rose, wild strawberry puree, prosecco and lemon sorbet.
The Nettle Smash will be made with a monthly changing house-made fruit cordial, kicking off with summer shrub and mixed with Tanqueray 10, lemon, vetiver and nettles.
For those looking for a non-alcoholic alternative that still delivers on taste, Seedlip cocktails will include:
The Red Pepper Spritz made with Seedlip Garden, roasted red pepper cordial, saffron and bitter orange.
The Verandah Sour which bring together Seedlip Garden, lemon, chamomile, sorrel, lemongrass vinegar and burnt milk.
The cocktails will be available to order outside on the Summer Terrace as well as throughout the restaurant, and have been designed to pair perfectly with Trishna’s south-west Indian coastal inspired dishes.
