From the 1st to 27th January, our doors will be closed while we undergo renovations. We look forward to welcoming you back to a refreshed Trishna upon our reopening.
Join us on Saturday 10th August 12 to 2.30pm for a tablescaping workshop with floral atelier Grandirosa, followed by a three-course lunch in our private dining room, alongside a cocktail from our Tanqueray 10 drinks list.
As part of this summer’s celebration of Kerala, learn to create a tablescape inspired by the region’s lush landscapes, composing high impact table using green foliage and tropical flowers with guidance from Grandirosa’s florists.
The workshop will also teach the art of sustainable centrepiece-making; using chicken wire and moss instead of floral foam to form the structural base and mindfully chosen green foliage to showcase how to create a beautiful table without relying on flowers alone.
A three-course lunch will then follow. We’ll bring to life the flavours and ingredients of Kerala, a region famed for its spices and seafood, with highlights including Tellicherry Squid & Shrimps, Calicut Corn & Coconut Cutlets and Kuttanadu Prawn Manga Curry. Our sommeliers will also be on hand to offer advice on wine pairings alongside the meal.
You’ll then be able to take part of the centrepiece home.
