This summer we have partnered with The Monocle Café to create the limited-edition Trishna Iced Chai.Available at both Marylebone venues from 13th July to 30th August 2026. The collaboration celebrates two long-standing institutions that have been neighbours for more than 13 years, brought together by a shared appreciation for quality ingredients, thoughtful hospitality and local culture.

Inspired by Trishna’s house chai recipe, the iced latte is made with fresh ginger, cardamom and cinnamon, blended with coconut milk and a touch of sugar syrup. While chai is traditionally served hot across India, with every household having its own recipe, this version reimagines those familiar flavours as a refreshing drink for the London summer.
